1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, creating an account (if applicable), or purchasing any ticket, pass, or other product or service through the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
For ticket purchases and bookings, a binding contract is formed when:
- You complete the checkout process and click "I Agree," "Proceed to Pay," "Pay Now," "Confirm Booking," or any similar button after being presented with these Terms and the applicable Refunds & Cancellations R&F Section; and
- Your payment is successfully authorized and confirmed by our payment processor; and
- You receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not purchase tickets or use any services.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For active bookings, the Terms in effect at the time of your ticket purchase will govern that transaction.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND USER OBLIGATIONS
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
- You are not prohibited by law from using the Platform or purchasing tickets
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and ticket purchase
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Keep your account credentials (if applicable) secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access, purchase tickets, or extract data from the Platform
- Resell, transfer, or distribute tickets in violation of applicable law or these Terms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
3. TICKET PURCHASES AND BOOKINGS
- All tickets are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify ticket prices at any time before purchase confirmation
- Pricing tiers (such as "Early Bird") are time-limited and subject to change without notice
- Once a booking is confirmed, the price paid will not change even if subsequent price increases occur
In addition to the ticket price, the following fees may apply:
- Booking Fee / Convenience Fee: A per-ticket or per-transaction fee to cover platform and processing costs (amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment)
- Payment Gateway Charges: Charges levied by the payment processor, if applicable (will be shown separately at checkout)
All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets as displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateway provider(s): Cashfree
We do not store your complete credit/debit card details; payment data is processed and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway in accordance with their terms and applicable law. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. Payment must be received and confirmed before tickets are issued
If your payment is declined or fails, no ticket will be issued and no contract is formed. In case of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges, contact us immediately at connect@wxmentertainment.com with transaction details for investigation and refund processing. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect payment information provided by you
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email and/or SMS to the contact details provided. Your ticket(s) will be delivered electronically (as a PDF attachment, SMS link, or via the Platform account dashboard, as applicable). It is your responsibility to ensure the email address and phone number provided are correct and to check spam/junk folders. You must present the ticket (printed or on a mobile device) along with valid government-issued photo identification at the event venue for entry
Each ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, time, and venue stated on the ticket Tickets are non-transferable except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or commercial use of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels may be invalid and will not be honored at the venue. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person, per credit card, or per household
4. EVENT ACCESS, ENTRY, AND CONDUCT
To gain entry to an event, you must:
- Present a valid ticket (electronic or printed)
- Provide valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) matching the name on the booking
- Comply with venue security procedures, including bag checks, metal detectors, and any COVID-19 or health-related protocols in effect
- Be of the minimum age required for the event (if age restrictions apply, they will be specified on the event page)
We and our venue partners reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
- Refuse entry to any person who does not meet entry requirements
- Refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence of substances, or poses a safety risk
- Eject any attendee who engages in disruptive, threatening, abusive, or illegal conduct
- Refuse entry or eject anyone in possession of prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, outside food/beverages, recording equipment, etc., as specified by venue rules)
No refund will be provided if entry is refused or you are ejected due to your failure to comply with these Terms or venue rules.
You agree to:
- Comply with all venue rules, policies, and instructions from event staff and security personnel
- Behave in a respectful, lawful manner and not engage in any conduct that disrupts the event or harms other attendees
- Not record, photograph, or livestream the event for commercial purposes without prior written authorization
- Not bring prohibited items as specified by the venue or event organizer
- You attend events at your own risk; we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage you may suffer except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct
- You must comply with all applicable health and safety protocols, including any COVID-19 vaccination, testing, or masking requirements in effect at the time of the event
- If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to contagious illness, you should not attend the event
5. EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, and REFUNDS
We reserve the right to:
- Modify the event date, time, venue, lineup, format, or content at any time with or without prior notice
- Cancel or postpone any event due to force majeure, safety concerns, insufficient ticket sales, performer unavailability, or any other reason beyond our reasonable control
In the event of a material change or cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via email and/or SMS to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
Your rights to refunds, exchanges, or credits in the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification are governed exclusively by the Refunds & Cancellations Section below
General Principles (subject to the detailed Refund Section):
- Ticket sales are generally final. Refunds for customer cancellations are not provided except as explicitly stated in the Refund Policy
- If we cancel an event entirely and do not offer a rescheduled date, you will typically be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding convenience/booking fees, unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy)
- If an event is rescheduled to a new date, your ticket will generally remain valid for the rescheduled event. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy
- Changes to event lineup, performers (excluding headline acts), or event format do not entitle you to a refund unless the Refund Policy explicitly provides otherwise
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20 business days of approval
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- We are not responsible for delays in refund processing by banks or payment gateways
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, and design ("Content"), is the property of WXM or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without our prior written permission
- Modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Platform
- Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any way that infringes our intellectual property rights
"WXM," "Wrestling Xtreme Mania," "Ground Zero," associated logos, and other marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of WXM Production Pvt Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including payment gateways, social media platforms, and sponsor sites). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You access third-party links at your own risk.
8. DISCLAIMERS and LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
THE PLATFORM and ALL CONTENT, TICKETS, and SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions
- Any defects will be corrected
- The Platform or servers are free from viruses or harmful components
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- WXM, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, purchase of tickets, or attendance at events
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform SHALL NOT EXCEED the amount you paid for the ticket(s) giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WXM, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your conduct at any event or venue
10. PRIVACY and DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Section available below which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
By using the Platform and purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data (including name, email, phone number, payment information, and any other data you provide) in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Payment information (credit/debit card details, UPI details, etc.) is processed by our third-party payment gateway provider: Cashfree. We do not store complete card or banking credentials. Payment data handling is subject to the payment gateway's terms and privacy policy, and they are responsible for secure processing in compliance with PCI-DSS and applicable standards.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration clause below, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi for resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at connect@wxmentertainment.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 90 days.
2. Arbitration (Optional/Mandatory as applicable): If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall New Delhi. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's fees shall be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
3. Court Proceedings: If arbitration is not elected or is unavailable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, and any event-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and WXM regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of WXM.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or failure of third-party services.
PRIVACY SECTION
This Privacy Section ("Section") explains how WXM Production Pvt Ltd collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use our Platform, purchase tickets, attend events, or interact with our services. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing tickets, or using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Section. If you do not agree with the terms of this Section, please do not use the Platform or provide us with any personal information. For material changes that significantly affect your privacy rights, we will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

• Purchase tickets or make bookings
• Contact customer support

Critical: We do not store your complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiration dates on our servers. All payment information is:

• Encrypted and transmitted securely using industry-standard protocols
• Stored by the payment gateway in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
• Subject to the payment gateway's own privacy Section and security practices
For UPI and net banking transactions: Only transaction reference numbers and status information are stored by us; your bank account details and UPI credentials are processed entirely by your bank and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
While we select service providers with strong security practices, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or stored by third parties. Each third-party provider is responsible for implementing and maintaining its own security measures.
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential
• Using strong, unique passwords
• Not sharing your account access with others
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.
COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, improve user experience, and provide analytics and marketing information.

Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. However, you can use the opt-out tools mentioned above to limit tracking.
CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
Your personal information is primarily stored on servers located in India and/or other jurisdictions where our cloud hosting providers operate (e.g., Amazon Web Services Asia-Pacific region, Google Cloud Platform). In some cases, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside India by our third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools).
When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Any changes, cancellations, postponements, and the treatment of refunds/credits are governed by the Terms & Conditions and the Refunds & Cancellations Policy (and any event-specific terms shown at checkout).
- Ticket availability, pricing tiers (including “Early Bird”), taxes/fees, and inventory are subject to change and availability. A booking is confirmed only when the Platform confirms successful payment authorization/confirmation and you receive a booking confirmation message (email/SMS/on-screen), as described in the Terms & Conditions.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

We do not control and are not responsible for payment gateway downtime, bank/network failures, UPI/bank processing delays, or issues attributable to your bank or payment provider, except to the extent required by applicable law. If you submit content to us (e.g., feedback, photos, videos, or comments), you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to do so and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
